PLACING AN ORDER

If you are having trouble completing your payment at our checkout, please check that you are entering your payment details exactly as they are shown on your debit or credit card. Please ensure that the billing address
matches to where your card is registered.

If your card has been unexpectedly declined, we would advise you to contact your card issuer for clarification.

MY ORDER

When your order and payment goes through, you will be directed to a confirmation page. You will then receive an order confirmation email. It could take up to 20 minutes for the email to reach your inbox depending on your email provider. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from the courier with your tracking number. The tracking number will take you to the courier's website to check the whereabouts of your parcel.

We are committed to getting your order processed and dispatched as soon as possible. Soon after your order is placed, it immediately goes into the fulfilment process and you may not be able to cancel or adjust the order.

Please call us immediately on our customer services number+44 (0)1452 727341 and we will attempt to intercept it. If we are unable to intercept it, you may return unworn products within 14 days from receipt of goods using the return instructions enclosed within your order.

Items can be dispatched from multiple locations, so they may arrive at different times.

If all expected deliveries have arrived but you are still missing part of your order, please contact help@hardyakkaworkwear.co.uk and we will be happy to assist.

If you believe the product you received is faulty or if you've received an incorrect item/size, please contact help@hardyakkaworkwear.co.uk before returning your item as we are unable to credit postage costs so please contact us and we will be happy to assist. For further information on returning a faulty product please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page.

On occasion, we might find that the item you ordered is no longer available. In the rare occurrence that this happens, we will sadly have to cancel your order and issue a full refund. Your refund will show in your bank account within 5 to 7 working days as this depends on your bank’s processes.

You will receive an email notification with details of the cancellation.

DELIVERY INFO

Delivery normally takes 2-3 working days. Orders will need to be placed before 2pm Mon - Fri.

If you order more than one item, they could be dispatched from different locations and therefore arrive at different times. You will receive dispatch notifications from the courier with tracking for each individual parcel.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We will gladly accept your return of unworn merchandise purchased from www.hardyakkaworkwear.co.ukwithin 14 days from receipt of your order. Click here for full details.

We do not currently offer exchanges for items you wish to return for a different item or size. If you wish to order a different pair or change the size of your product, we advise that you return the item to us and place an additional order to avoid delay and disappointment. Once we receive your return in our warehouse, please allow 2 weeks for a refund to be credited to your account. We do not credit for delivery costs incurred during your purchase.

Your refund will be processed within 14 days of your item/s being received, verified, and checked. A confirmation email is sent when the refund has been processed. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for a refund to be reflected in your account as this depends on your bank’s processes. We appreciate your patience while we work to process your return.

ANYTHING ELSE

Our products are manufactured to the highest standard and quality checked throughout the process, and again prior to leaving the factory. We offer a limited one-year warranty for products purchased through our website www.hardyakkaworkwear.co.uk.
